With so many great books about meditation I have read, I’m curious why I don’t meditate more? The books I’ve read have all been for new meditators, and I’m curious if I’m not as good to read about if I don’t meditate.

There are several reasons why you might not be as good a reader as you want to be. One is that you don’t really know what the goals of meditation are. I’ve read a lot of books and articles on meditation, but I haven’t really paid much attention to the goals. I have read that you should focus your mind on the present, but that’s not really what meditation is about. Meditation is about shifting your attention from the past and into the present.

To meditate. To focus your attention on something as abstract as a doctor’s office. A place where many people can get their medical attention, but that does not mean they are any better. By focusing your attention on a place, you can begin to understand the world around you in a new way. Some of the things you see are interesting, but you have limited information to go on. This is where meditation can help.

When you meditate, your mind has to be open and receptive to receive information, but that receptive mind also has to be open to accepting information. If you are having trouble accepting information, you will not be able to meditate.

The first thing to understand about meditation is that it is a very personal experience. Like any other personal experience, it’s not going to be the same for everyone. Some people will have much more difficulty with the first few meditation sessions than with the last two, but after that, it’s all good. There are many different types of meditation. Some people find it difficult to meditate because they don’t like to think. Others find it easy to meditate because it feels like a natural activity.

It is not uncommon to have people who are very anxious and need to do something to calm them down. For example, the anxiety from a heart attack is a big challenge for many. Most people find it easier to meditate if they are sitting on the floor with their legs crossed (or if they are sitting in a chair). As you sit down, try to focus on the sound of your breath. This is a very simple technique that helps to calm you down.
